Lovely ritual at our Natural Beauty Retreat

I am feeling very excited about the session that natural beauty expert Bayari will be creating at our retreat on 15-17 March here in Somerset.  She has told us that she will welcome everyone with a aura blessing as they enter the space, and then we will spend some time creating a salt blend for  footbaths from a selection of salts, herbs, flowers (dried and fresh) and essential oils. We will then work in small groups to wash each other’s feet in a devotional way.

Also offered will be a Golden Glow mini facial.

How gorgeous is that!  Foot-washing is such a beautiful ancient ceremony for honouring another – to be able to give and receive this is truly heart-opening.
