Raw Food Workshops

Our raw food workshops equip you with a range of recipes and lifestyle techniques for you to start incorporating ‘more raw’ into your daily life with ease. Typically, this provides a route to easy weight loss (without needing to ‘diet’), increased immunity, extra energy and more.  We also cover the importance of colour in foods, and topics such as alkalinity, oxygenation, and the role of food in achieving homeostasis, the point of balance which is the basis of health….
Convince your friends and family with the deliciousness of the food and your radiant lightness of being!

We hold regular workshops in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK and in Gozo, Malta. We can also arrange a workshop for any group of people of 6 or more who are keen to learn and can provide a venue.

Pot Luck Suppers

These are free to attend – you just bring along a raw food dish and connect with like-minded people in your area. We always have a great time when we hold them at our place in Enmore, Somerset. You can be a raw food novice or a raw gourmet chef – all are welcome! Check the date for the next one here.
